Videl plays an important role in DBZ/GT. She is the daughter of Mr. Satan. If you rearrange the letters in V-I-D-E-L, you get....D-E-V-I-L. Anyway, she went to high school with Gohan, and Gohan at that time was playing the role as The Saiyan Man. She found out that Gohan was The Saiyan Man, and she black mailed him into teaching her how to fly and fight, even though she couldn't manipulate the light beams as Gohan could, she could still fight. They then grew up together and married. They had one child, a daughter, named Pan. And she plays a very important role in DBZ/GT.
