The Wildwood Christian Church is a body of believers striving to show
God's love to all through discipleship to Jesus Christ. As He gave His
life, "that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal
life" (John 3:16), so we seek to spend our lives serving Him and those who
He would save. The church is the Body of Christ on earth, made up of those
who would accept His Lordship through a personal faith in Him as Lord and
Savior, repentance of sins, confession of their faith and His Lordship, and
entry into new life through baptism. We celebrate our joy and this
fellowship each week around His table, obeying His command and remembering
He died for us and is coming again for us. Our only creed is Christ,
crucified and risen. Our sole authority is His Holy Scripture, and we are
structured and governed as revealed in His Word. We seek the unity of all
believers based on these principles and pray His love will be the model of
our actions.
