I never doubted a single word you said, maybe I’m naive, a little
light in the head. Those times you smiled, that gaze that caught my eye
fed my false reality, was I worth your time?
Only if my mouth could say the things my heart does, maybe you
would stay with me, and I’d smile again because I wish I wasn’t lonely
without you standing next to me. I have to be alone if this is the way
it’s meant to be.
Blinded by you what did I miss? Let’s sit back and reminisce. I
knew you were to good to be true. I know I don’t
deserve you.
How many hearts do you think I have to break? Eras come and
go, but my love for you stays the same. Sleep has become my favorite
time of day; it’s the only time you’re here by my side. Don’t act like
