Rumpleteazer is the female of the notorious duo from Victoria Grove. She is somewhat the weakeness of the team because of her continuous giggling during break-ins and mischief. Though stealing is the major hobbe for the two, she and Mungojerrie are the ultimate force in destruction as well. Rumpleteazer is still pretty young, probably still a teenager, but is still a professional at what she does. When not with Jerrie, she can usually be found around Jemima, Electra, Etcetera, and Victoria.
