Identify, review, and summarize medical records and related documents, explaining the illness and medical care, and defining the medical terms and abbreviations
Prepare a chronology of medical events which gives a clear overview of the case
Analyze medical records for merit as related to deviations from the standard of care and damages
Define the applicable standard of care, deviations, causation, and damages, along with other contributing factors
Identify and recommend potential defendants
Anticipate the opposition's tactics as related to medical evidence
Identify possible record tampering
Identify, evaluate and/or confer with expert witnesses
Assist in the production of demonstrative evidence
Interview and educate clients, key witnesses and experts as requested
Assist with drafting the medical portion of legal documents
Provide mediation of health care related cases
Available on case basis or for temporary assignment
