Tucked away in an attic in Bangalore's residential locale of Raj Mahal Vilas, this quaint antique furniture shop offers you a wide selection of traditional and colonial teak and rosewood furniture, as well as curios.
This treasure trove opened a few years ago by selling a small and interesting assortment of wooden chests. Gradually the selection grew and today, you can pick up various types of old and period furniture like doors, beds, cupboards, bookcases, two-seaters, chaise longues, planters, chairs, medicine chests, chest-of-drawers, gables, desks, hat and towel stands and a plethora of chairs.
Complimenting this furniture, we also offer interesting curios like wooden slippers, Chinese ginger jars, wooden baby feeders, spice and salt boxes, door knockers, hanging bells and oil lamps, uralis and ash boxes.
Most of the furniture is sourced from South India and their design and style are often characteristic of their place of origin. Since all these pieces are made either of teak, rosewood, maple or camphor wood, they turn out to be worthwhile investments for their considerable antique value.
Being a personalized and small home-run outfit, we entertain personal orders for various pieces of furniture and enjoy scouting around for them, on our travels in South India.
