A warm welcome to you...thank you for popping in. Well, friends, nothing could be closer to the truth! Lightning really must have crashed here! Those of you who have been here before will notice that my humble little home in cyber space has changed..don't ask me how, but my original page simply vanished, code source and all..suffice it to say cyber demons work in mysterious ways, and I now must begin anew.

For those of you who have never been here, I will bore you with useless information about myself..I am all grown up (yeah,right!) and live south of Atlanta. I was asked years ago if I was a conformist or non-conformist. The answer I gave then still holds true today..neither. I believe life is best lived through experience and knowledge and not just peering out from the inside and following everyone else's standards or belief systems. You have to live a bit on the edge or else become stagnant..spirit and adventure are what keep life interesting and keep me interested! I am a lover of the written and spoken word..communication, whether verbal or written, is the most powerful tool of humankind. I also believe one can never attain too much knowledge.. never, ever stop learning .. "there is no knowledge that is not power".

Music? Everything from classical to alternative to classic rock to blues. I'm the goofy one driving down the street with the car stereo blasting, nodding to the music and singing..you are probably the one laughing at me saying, man..she's goofy! I'm also a frustrated artist and photographer, blessed with the visions of an artist and poet, the hands of a dolt; forever in awe at the great works that grace museum walls equally as well as the comic strip creators (adore Bloom County and The Far Side ). I always thought it would be cool to become rich and famous and have my art adored by millions...so far,it all just collects dust on the walls of my home and I think I'm broke (as long as there are still checks in my checkbook I have money though, right? LOL..) Fun is...my family; without them, I am nothing and life would be colorless, nothing more than a great gray screen..fun is..dressing up and making the Atlanta night scene or slumming it at the local dive (I love live blues! ) and shooting pool..fun is hiking, exploring and collecting "treasures"...fun is NFL football on Sundays and Monday nights...fun is even solitude, quiet time, a good book you can't put down..fun is a great joke, laughing till you cry, a secret shared, good company...fun is this, the internet, with so much to learn and do it would take 10 lifetimes.
