Dan Meets Rufus
On March 21, 1999 I finally got to see Rufus Wainwright perform at The Variety Playhouse in Atlanta, Georgia.
The show was phenomenal and Rufus was his usual charismatic self. He joked about finding rednecks sexy and told raunchy stories about his songs.
After the show, Rufus took the time to meet each of the adoring fans that waited in the lobby for his arrival. He was kind and courteous to every person who asked him for an autograph or a picture. He even complimented me on my outfit. What a sweetie!
