Strawberry Bread
  • 3 cups of plain flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2- 8 oz. (or 1- 16 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Sift together all dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs, strawberries, then nuts. Bake in 3 loaf pans for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Easy enough - and taste so good!
