To get to Cozumel from Can Cun's airport, you must walk toward the opposite end of where you come out to the street, on the same street but about 150 yards to find the Bus named RIVIERA that takes you to Playa del Carmen for about $7.00 US Dollars per person, otherwise right at the exit point from customs, just take a Van or a taxi, the Vans must have a minimum number of passengers before they depart, the taxis no, but both of them are more expensive than the bus, and believe me the bus has excellent service.
If you are coming from Can Cun itself, just go the Bus station and take the bus to Playa del Carmen, they are schedule to depart every hour; and it takes about 50 minutes the ride from either the Airport or downtown Can Cun (bus station).

The price per person is about $12.00 to $13.00 US Dollars one way, and $24.00 USD round trip, the boat ride is about 45 minutes
