"I see my work as a journey through the dark and chaotic world of the psyche, a penetration of the primal and quintessential aspect of our being which will induce a bond between conscious and unconscious, body and soul. Because the main ingredient I use is wax, this union gradually develops drip by drip. As a direct result, the sculptures are irrevocably suspended between those two worlds, belonging neither to one or the other and waiting to be reborn."
