The Colosseum Project @ The House of Detention

The House of Detention is a spectacular remnant of Old London, a dank, dark underground prison built in 1616. In the subterranean chambers beneath Clerkenwell - the old heart of Radical London - thousands of prisoners met their fate

The prison was used up until the end of the 19th century and today it is a museum.

The Colosseum Project's exhibition at the House of Detention, is an underground exhibition of "underground" art can he seen here.
