VISIT BRASS BALLZ
 Everybody knew Atlanta was going to have a good year, 
BUT on November 11, when Atlanta upset the 49ERS 
31-19, we all knew they were  going to have a 
GREAT YEAR!!

I believe this game was a turning point in theirseason, 
because it gave them the "we can beat  anybody!"
confidence they needed to compete at the 
championship level.

Winning the NFC West division title and beating the 
49ERS agian in the Divisional Playoff game only 
added more fuel to the fire.

The absolute best game I have ever watched wasthe 
NFC title game in Minnesota. When the  Falcons were 
down 20-7, I thought it was over! I still can't believe 
that they even came back to  tie the score with a minute
to go in the game! In overtime, the Falcon's defense shut
down the Vikes and that gave their offense the 
opportunities  they needed to pull off the biggest win in 
their history! 

I could go on and on about the SuperBowl, but 
we all know that the TURNOVERS were the 
difference in that game.

I look at it this way...... 
The Falcons could have rolled over and played 
dead in the regular season and be happy with a 
6-10 record and say, "we'll gett'em next year!", 
but they didn't and they went on to:

  • WIN NFC WEST TITLE 
  • WIN NFC CHAMPIONSHIP 
  • COMPETE IN THE SUPERBOWL 
not many teams have done that
