Well, by a long ways, Savage Garden was on top...but maybe that's because I sent it to
most of my SG obsessed fans...of course, there's nothing bad about that, right?
The *shudder* Backstreet Boys came in second with two votes, and I got one vote for
Twink ( I've never heard of them ).
Natalie Imbruglia. She won by just one vote over our second place finisher, Sarah
Mclachlan. For third, Daniel Jones *sigh* tied with Ricky Martin, beating out likes of Lisa
Loeb, Jewel, and Celine Dion.
The cheeky Spice Girls own this one! Maybe we don't wanna "Spice up our life".
In second, Hanson tied with Puffy and the family. And last but not least, the Backstreet
Boys. Some one voted people: Oasis, Sloan, The Prodigy, and Eternal.
There was a three way tie here: Celine Dion, LeeAnn Rimes, and Puffy all tied on this one
for top billings. The weird thing is that Puffy is considered both an artist and a group,
which just gives us more categories for us to boo him in. The rest of the votes were
scattered all over the place for such artists as Kavana, L'il Kim, Marilyn Manson, Natalie
Imbruglia, Robyn, and Mariah Carey.
Boy, I got a bunch of varied answers for this one! In first place, it was Truly Madly
Deeply, with just one more votes than the others. Here are some of the fave songs among
you guys: Life in Mono, To love you more, The boy is mine, Maria, Alien, No no no,
Adia, Fading like a flower, Stairway to heaven, Everybody hurts, and Iris.
In first place we have a tie between Love can move you and Truly Madly Deeply. In
second, to the moon and back tied with Carry on dancing and this side of me. The rest
were scattered votes: All around me, mine, and I want you.
We had another three way tie here-the Spice Girls proved that they are really annoying by
tieing with Hanson and rap music. In second place, the Backstreet Boys with their crap,
and in third, My heart will go on, which was good when we first heard it, not the billionth
time around.
They really don't have any totally unbearable songs at all, so maybe that was the reason
why I only got a total of 5 votes. I'll bet he was cool is in first place, with Santa Monica in
second place and Universe in last.
Savage Garden came out on top again! It was the only one you guys voted on that had
consecutive votes, the rest of the time I was just mauled over by other answers, and here
they are: Forever young, How come how long, Temptation waits, Just the two of us, Who
will save your soul, This day, and anything by the Dave Matthew's band.
Hanson's mmmBOP. Most of us have no clue what the hell an mmmBOP is supposed to
be, and most of us also don't know why the chorus is a big mmmBOP followed by do
wops and bit bat da doo wop. Spice Girls were crowned second, and the rest of the votes
fell onto Marilyn Manson's "kill everything" and Puffy's "I wanna squeeze your thighs"
lyrics which don't please any of you. One vote getters: I believe I can fly, anything by
Aaron Carter, and the Macarena.
Guess who came out on top again? Yep, Savage Garden! Truly Madly Deeply carried
away the majority of the votes, with Universe and Mine ( they tied ) trailing behind in
second place. After that, it was back to all different sorts of votes. We have Return to
innocence, Adiemus, anything by Enya, This side of me, All my life, Butterfly, Musicbox,
Heaven, My heart will go on, and Calling all angels.
Marilyn Manson was on top of this category. I don't think his music makes any of us wanna go out and save the world, it's more like his music gives us bad dreams. The
scattered vote thingie came back again, with votes for Hanson, the Spice Girls, Fly, All I
have to give, Smack my bitch up,Give me one reason, and anything from Cypress Hill or
Dana Manning.
Savage Garden refuse to budge on this one--they sit quite comfortably with an
overwhelming number of votes for them at first place. Somehow the ( don't ask me how
because I am still baffled ) Backstreet Boys made it into second place. And then we had
more scattered votes: Will Smith, Ricky Martin, and NSYNC.
Jewel came out on top here, followed closely by Natalie Imbruglia and Mariah Carey. And
trailing behind them were All Saints and Sarah McLachlan.
Marilyn Manson. I don't think he's making anybody horny with that oddball appearance of
his...After that, I got a varied list for a bunch of ugly people! The Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Fastball, Elton John, Marcy Playground, Oasis, Puffy, Ben folds five, Usher, and Hanson.
We had yet another 3 way tie here, between All Saints, Tracy Chapman, and the Spice Girls. Alanis Morissette, Natalie Imbruglia, Melissa Etheridge, and KD Lang were all one vote getters.
Well, I got a lot of the same stuff for this one. I can tell that most people do hate the fact
they are called teeny boppers. Most people said that a teeny bopper was a young teenage girl who obsesses over a group or artist because of their appearance or image rather than their music. Here are some of my faves: A retard that likes Hanson....Hansonites...Someone who goes along with whatever is
popular at the moment...Any young girl who likes an entertainer who's entertainminet they say comes from the heart but is aimed at the hormones...Any young girl who listens to a group simply because the band members are cute....
Is...drumroll please...HANSON! Perhaps only a teeny bopper could under the concept of
an mmmBOP. Second, the Backstreet boys with their 'we don't write any of our songs and we don't play any of our instruments and our voices aren't all that perfect but oh well we
are still cute' kind of music. And last, the Spice Girls who 'really really really wana zig a zig ha'. I bet only the teeny boppers would understand that to.
Savage Garden yet again. The boys prove us once again that they much more than good looks, beautiful music, and insightful words. And that they should never even be compared with the Backstreet boys or any of those likenesses. Next was Celine Dion, who's 'My heart will go on' became an instant teeny bopper hit ( which made it even more annoying )because it was the theme song to the movie that Leonardo Dicaprio was in. Bush came in last, proving that they don't want little girls dreaming about them simply because they ( actually just Gavin ) is hot.
Marilyn Manson should start becoming wary because he was in first place for the person
you'd most like ( and not miss a single bit ) to be removed off of this planet. The Spice Girls and Hanson tied for second with their annoying nonsense full lyrical lines. Third was that oddball Leonardo DiCaprio. Just for entertainment reasons, here are the rest of the people most of us wouldn't miss: Gwyneth Paltrow, Sloan, Puffy, Oasis, Sudham Hussein, and the Backstreet Boys.
