Silly Ho (first song released to radios worldwide) is a song with a little bit of Japanese influence to it. You have to listene to the beat. It's clash of Japanese tunes with a Hip Hop urban bass beat, and I am sure Japan is loving this song over there. Even our lovely lady, Virtual Vic-E has a little Japnanese Vibe to her. In her interlude she says: "In Japan they just move to the one and two," and they just kick off that Silly Ho beat. Even on the cover of the promo single you can see the Japanese letters behind "Silly Ho."
Fan Mail was meant to reach all the fans around the world. From Japan, to Australis, to the UK, and back home to our fans in America. This album has a International feeling. TLC will soon be the best selling Female group in the World!
