ARE YOU A LEADER? Do you want to be a leader?

Rough question when each of us have contacts with at least one person who looks to us for leadership!

The choice appears to be, What TYPE of leader are we? not IF we will be a leader. Is that not right?

How do you lead? Do you have difficulties with:

• anger
• complaining
• rules
• team work?

You can be a GOOD leader if you make the right choices! What are YOU choosing?

Has anyone ever wronged you? What did you do about it? How did you lead them? What is your attitude toward those that are not as strong as you? Are you glad when your opponents get hurt? Do you want to do everything by yourself or do you need the help of others to get things done best?
