For those of you who may be wondering... yes, I designed this website. I am fortunate enough to have a Mother who sparked my interest in computers at a very early age and a Father who, even though is not well versed with computers himself, has encouraged me to fan the flames of curiosity and inspiration to this day. I owe everything that I have accomplished in my life to them.
Well, I just completed a very successful over-seas tour. It originated in Okinawa, Japan... from there it extended to main-land Japan, South Korea, Tiawan, Thailand, Singapore and the Phillipine Islands. I had a great time and would love to go back some day.
Currently I'm staitioned back on U.S. soil, and I am about to start a second job at JC Penny's fine jewelry department. Also, if I have enough time, I plan to start volunteer teaching at the local elementary school here on base. My duty station is, once again, MCAS Camp Pendleton in southern California. I'm a meteorologist for the Marine Corps. I will reach my EAS (End of Active Service) on October 28th of 2005. Afterwards, I will be headed back home to south-east Georgia to finish up school and take on a position as a TV weather forecaster in Savannah.
I recently bought a "new" car. It's a 1984 Pontiac Firebird. I'm in the process of fixing it up right now. It's going to take a little lovin', but I think it will turn out to be a pretty decent car when I'm all done.
Well, I guess that's about all for now. If anything else comes up I'll be sure to keep you all informed. Later ~
