Jeremiah was born,Feb 15th 1815 ( My Great Great Grandfather )
to John McLaughlin and Mary McColl. He was from
Keenagh, Malin Head area, Donegal Co. Ireland.
Elizabeth (O')Kelly was born August 15, 1817
to John Kelly & Bridget O'Callahan in Killoert, Ireland. In 1848 Jeremiah and Elizabeth with their two children moved to Canada. :
Mary Ellen Born: January 11, 1845

John A. Born in 1845, In the later 1800's early 1900's John was living in Seattle, Washington. (I would really like to make some contacts in the state of Washington)
While in Canada, another son was born:
Andrew was born in 1849 and it is believed that he remained in the Batavia area of New York, Andrew had died before 1924.
After spending two years in Canada Jeremiah made up his mind that he could do better in Rochester New York, where he moved and spent the next 12 years. It is beleived that they actually lived in Rochester for a short time before moving to Batavia, Genesee Co., New York. Once settled in New York:
Dennis was born in 1851
and on January 01, 1873 married Ellen Aiken. In the
early 1900's Dennis was in Alaska and in the mid 1920's was
living in California.
James Michael was born July 14, 1852 ( My Great Grandfather )
Seen here with his brother Daniel Francis in St.
Croix Falls, Wisconsin. In 1877 Jeremiah married Ella Burke from
County Cork, Ireland. "James was a curly headed Irishman who
drove a late model A Ford and won old time fiddler contests up
until his death" Bill Plummer"
Jeremiah was born Abt. 1855
Seen here, on the left, On the right his older
brother Dennis. Jeremiah died at 26 years old on January 17,
1881.
Elizabeth Jane was born in 1857. On December 27, 1881 she married Alvin Lawrence Brooke from England.
Daniel Francis born December 1859
Seen here with his brother James in St Croix Falls, Wisconsin. It is beleived that Daniel raised his family near the Wisconsin and Minnesota border. Possibly near Redwing, Minnesota, or Pierce County, Wisconsin
Michael was born December 1860 and shortly there after on June 18, 1862 passed away.
In the year 1862 Jeremiah, with his family landed in Sheboygan county locating in the town of Lyndon, two miles west of Cascade, Wisconsin.
