Georgia Whitfield County
I, Edward Ogle of said County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all others that I have heretofore made.
Item: 1
It is my will and desire that Levishie Ogle
shall have all real and personal property I own,
to own and control as long as she may live, at her
death it is my desire that One Thousand Dollars be
equally divided between Levishie Ogle's children.
Item:2
It is my will and desire that the remainder of said estate
be divided equally between Edward Ogle's children, except
Lee Ogle has received in advance $300.00 dollars, each to be
taken from their part in said estate.
Item: 3
I hereby make my wife, Levishie Ogle Executrix of this will and
I relieve her from making any inventory of my property or appraisment
or from giving any bond. And she is futher relieved from making any returns
of her acts and doings to any Court whatever, this 13th day of August 1931.

Diclared published. Signed and sealed by Edward Ogle as his last
will and testament in the presence of the undersigned as witnesses,
he first signning in our presence and we then at his special instance
and request signed in his presence and in the presence of each
other. This 13th day of August- 1931.
