Petition to Probate In Common Form

To: J.C. Brooker, Ordinary of said County
The petition of Levishie Ogle a resident of said
County and nominated executrix of the last will
of Edward Ogle, also a resident of said County,
who died on the 19th day of August, 1934 owning
valuable real and personal estate in said state disposed
of by said will amounting to the sum of One Thousand Dollars.
And which remains to be administred respectfully showeth
that said Edward Ogle died testate, that his will is herewith
presented at the court of Ordinary of said County in common
form; that your petitioner herefore named in said will as it's
executrix whereof your petitioner prays leave to prove said
will in common form and the issuing to her of letters testamentary
upon she taking the oath of office.
Before me came T.S. Wilson names as
a witness to the within writing purporting
to be Edward Ogle's last will and testament
duly sworn saith that he with A.F. Wilson and
Bradie Caldwell at the request of Edward Ogle
and in his presence and in the presence of each
other did attest as witnesses the within writing
as Edward Ogles will, that the same was signed
and published by Edward Ogle in their presence
and his last will, that he was at the time of said attesting
and signing by him of sound and disposing mind and
memory; that he executed the within paper voluntarily.
The above petition of Levishie Ogle nominated executrix
of the last will of Edward Ogle duly filed, having been
supported by proper proof of T.S. Wilson a witness to
said will that said Edward Ogle died a resident of said County;
that he and the other witnesses A.F. Wilson and Bradie Caldwell
saw him sign and heard him publish that alleged will as his own
last will; that he attested the same as a witness at his request,
and in his presence with A.F. Wilson and Bradie Caldwell so attesting
also at his request, that said Edward Ogle was, at the time of said
signing and attesting, of sound and disposing mind and memory,
and did in the execution of said will act freely and voluntarly, it is
ordered that it be issued to her upon she taking oath of office.
