The Inner Planes
The Physical Plane is the plane we normally live on. It is a dense, rigid place, not so easy to mold to your will. It can be done through incantations and sigils. The Astral Plane is the next one out. It is much less dense than our physical plane, and therefore much easier to manipulate to your will. You can shapeshift when on the astral plane because of this. Just think of the form you want, and let your "body" flow into it. The Etheric Plane is even lighter and easier to control. The Causal Plane is the junction of all times and alternate universes. You can use it to travel through time, or explore alternate universes. Time travel is very dangerous, and is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! Alternate universes aren't very safe, either.
