Charlie is usually founsd with her hair either flying free down her back, or pulled into a low ponytail, mostly when sparring. Her build is that of an army cadet, pushed to the limit and showing with muscular arms, and abs and legs, though she still holds all of her feminine qualities along side it. She wears mostly black and purple, usually in hoodies, tank tops, and sweat and/or pajama drawstring pants. She's not obverse to dresses, and will sue them to her advantage when needed. Personality: Charlie is a very flirty kind of person, and has perfected the way to get what she needs with her feminine whils. She's an outgoing person, who'll try anything once, and probably has. She has learned to make friends easily, and has them all over the country, as well as her handful of ex's. Background: Charlie was born in New York City, but only lived there for about 3 years. She was born into a military family, and has lived on bases all over the coutnry, including: Mexico city, Los Angeles, Boston, Reefside, Turtle Cove, and now lives in Angel Grove. She went to school at the military academy at the bases so all the cirriculm was the same, and did quite well for herself. She trained in the base training rooms, learning self defense from her father, and martial arts from some of the cadets and teachers. Charlie is of partial Spanish decent, her mother originally from Colombia, and her father born and raised in NYC, he being of parital Spanish decent as well, though a full New Yorker. Charlie now lives off base in an apartment complex not too far from AGU (Angel Grove University) and goes there part time, with the help of a military scholorship she received. She receives a miliatry allowance for her rent, and does not work as of yet, receving all her money from ehr parents still, on a credit card they supply her.
