This lesson is designed for an 8th grade Health class. Students should have background knowledge in all areas of Health, especially human body systems. This should not be a problem since this type of material is covered, but not in as much detail, in grades 4-7. Students should at least be able to list several of the human body systems and their function(s). From here the teacher should provide students with more in-depth information on the body systems. From here, the students should not have any major problems completing the tasks laid out before them.
