Halloween was brought to America in the 1840's by Irish immigrants. It is celebrated on the 31st day of October. It is a time for people to dress up as other things such as witches and ghosts. kids celebrate Halloween by going trick-or-treating. There are many recipes, party's and movies based on Halloween.
