For instant maximum weapons and ammo, press this sequence in the inventory screen to make Lara sigh:

PC & Macintosh Level Skip:
Walk one step forward, one step back, release walk and turn around three times in either direction
(left or right arrow), then jump forward (Alt + up arrow).
PC & Macintosh All-Weapons & Ammo:
Walk one step forward, one back, release walk and turn around three times in either direction
(left or right arrow), then back flip (Alt + down arrow). (NOTE: This cheat does not give med-packs.
Saturn:
Go to the Inventory and press X, Y, X, Y, Z, Z, Z, Z, Y, Z, Y, X, X, X, Start. You will hear a grunting noise. Now use the level skip code to beat the game. Start a new game and punch in the gun code and then the skip level code. In the next level you will have all the guns.
