Devin has two of these, which are concealed in a double holster, which hangs on his lower back.

Clothing

Devin wears a clean white Designer tailored fitted suite.  His undershirt is a deep crimson red, which he wears with no tie, unbuttoned three buttons from the top. His shoes are the highest quality of Italian leather, jet black with a silver buckle. His whole get up is stylish, upbeat and jazzy.

HISTORY

    Devin grew up with a police background; his father was the Lieutenant of the L.A.P.D.  When Devin hit the age of 19 he joined the force but for all the wrong reasons, he wanted to shoot a gun.  When his father died on a standard bust and arrest mission he dropped out of the force and went through a long period of depression.  He would open a Café by the name of Blue Corner and live a secret life.  Devin became a bounty hunter at the age of 22, he would travel the world in search for criminals collecting bounties on their heads.  Along the way he met the son of Spike Spiegel, they would later become partners, united by the gun.
