My Future

What I plan to do in the future is graduate  from high school. The reason I want to graduate is because I would be one of the lucky ones to graduate from all of my family. After I graduate I want to join one of the military branches. The branch that I want to join is the army why I want to join the army is because I think it is the best one for me. If I cant join the army I would try to join the coast guard. If I were to join it I would be able to do more stuff and I would be able to get more benefits. I would get more benefits because I would be doing more stuff in coast guarding than any other military branch. After I would safe some money I would put my self through college and buy myself a car . Then I would finish paying my grandmas house and buy a truck for my aunt that takes care of me. I would also buy three tickets to go on a sea cruse with my aunt and my grandma. That is all I think that I want to do with my future just for know. The college that I plan to go to is UTAUSTIN. If not posible I would go to WESTERN TECHNICAL INSTITUTE  or even the MARINES.

WESTERN TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
To apply, you may complete an application form online or call for a priority appointment to visit the school and receive your tour of the campus. To become enrolled, you are also required to complete a personal interview with an Admissions Representative. A personal interview enables us to determine your qualifications for enrollment and helps you begin your new career training.
STUDENT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Students of Western Technical Institute, like all accreditted institutions, are eligible to apply for a range of Federal Student Aid Programs. Determination of student aid awards is based on financial aid need analysis formulas prescribed by the Federal government. Living expense costs, as defined each year by the National Standardized Budget, are considered in this formula, and these specific figures are available in the Financial Aid offices.

In these special classes, students receive valuable training in successful interviewing techniques, completing applications, writing effective resumes and answering questions most frequently asked by employers. Because of WTI's innovative class scheduling, graduations occur every month. This system affords our graduates more individual attention and gives them an advantage over graduates from schools that have only one or two large graduating classes per year.

Western Technical Institute has maintained an excellent graduate placement record, which we are determined to continue. We welcome you to visit with one of our Admissions Representatives and let them show you our Graduate Placement Summary, which shows the percentage of graduates we have placed. In addition, our graduates are placed in some of the best and most prestigious companies in El Paso. Visit our school to see a list of employers. You will be impressed and confident that our Career Placement Department can help you achieve your goals!
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS
We offer an ASE Master Certified program in Automotive Technology. The objective of this program is to train the student to be an automotive mechanic capable of performing basic repairs on most types of automobiles. Those who successfully complete the program will be prepared for entry-level positions in automotive dealerships, independent garages, service stations and many large companies that maintain their own fleet of vehicles. Western Technical remains one of the few private career schools in the nation to be ASE Master Certified in Automotive.
WELDING
This program is designed to train the student to become a qualified welder. The qualified welder is capable of interpreting welding blueprints, cutting and welding with oxygen-acetylene, as well as being qualified in plate welding with Shielded Metal Arch Welding (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Innershield (IS), and Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW).
