i should really be packing for vegas, but i felt drawn to the computer. i just HAD to watch my videos of tony, joe, and josh at the mint. god josh was HOT last night. i dont usually think he's cute (im not into his long hair, scruffy, scary looking look - c'mon, have you seen his myspace pic?!), but DAMN. he looked hot up there on stage last night. the white boy looks like he's actually got some (dancing) rhythmn. i'd love to see him going at it on a dance floor. it was actually pretty funny cuz aileen and i were totally running late for the show, then we decided to have dinner at the house of blues so we wouldnt have to wait in line, and man...we ended up missing the very beginning of josh's set. we saw josh singing onstage from the monitors in the restaurant and were like, "oh shit, we better hurry up, finish our dessert, and get outta here!" we paid that bill so fast (we ended up totally over-tipping, but whatever), and were down the stairs within 5 minutes. haahaaa...we walked in so quickly we almost walked right into tony and joe who were standing at the back of the room by the merch table. eye candy the whole night. i love me some joe firstman and tony lucca in my line of sight, while being entertained by josh kelley. good shit man. we had a good night.
in other news...my friend mike who lives in vegas finally called me. i told him how we were going out there and asked him if he wanted to catch up with us so we can hang out. i told him about the M5 concert, then our plans for Light, but he wasnt so supportive of the Light idea. He said that Light is generally really hard to get into unless you're on some sort of guest list or something - which we're not - but he said he'd call around and try to get us passes for tomorrow night. oh well. if we dont get into Light tonight, we'll just hit some other club. the only problem is that we want to go to Light so Aileen can finally meet this chris i'm always talking about. oh well. we shall see. keep all your fingers crossed for me that we get into Light though. we need the luck.
