so this has been one of the most tiring weeks of my life - and i've barely worked all week! goodness gracious, it's been crazy. i barely got a couple hours of rest this afternoon before getting ready for our dinner at madre's. so lemme give you a re-cap of the restaurant...

Madres...not as expensive as expected, it's somewhat affordable - not like crustacean, BUT the food there doesnt even come close to the food at Crustacean. Every single thing that was ordered at Crustacean was scrumptious - not the case for Madres. the food was definintely not the best i've ever had. and although it was "somewhat affordable" that doesnt necessarily make it worth the money that you spend. no one at our table enjoyed their salad, not one person finished there dessert, or even talked about how good it was. in fact, i heard people complaining about their dessert. the ambiance - eh...it was whatever. it's like they wanted everyone to be packed into the stinking restaurant. they crammed a bunch of freakin tables in there and it was just very crowded...so yah. whatever. it's alright. not really on my highly recommended list...i'd rather spend the money and go to crustacean...it was worth the money...

I HAVE SEEN MY FIRST FRIENDS TAPING EVER!!!

it was great. yah, they only taped half the show. yah, only 3 characters appeared. yah, the taping was only 3 hours long (which was a good thing, by the way). yah, it was freezing hella stinking cold up in there, and yah, the chair in the WB studios suck. BUT the taping was HILARIOUS!!! i totally love that show! it really pays to have drew working somewhere good! i'm really loving that WB lot too! it's always fun just to walk around over there cuz you never know who you're gonna see. it was great! now i'm really excited for the taping on Friday...

hmmm...i'm really super tired. i've been non-stop this whole week. monday - worked the whole day, had class at night, didnt get home till around 10, didnt get to sleep till past 12. yesterday - didnt even get home till past 12! today, didnt get home till, 12 - and im still up!!! i'm so behind in my shows (i taped a bunch of stuff last night since we were gonna be at the taping). tomorrow night dinner at Madre's for michelle yap's bday. friday, errands for mom, then the taping, then off to vegas...when am i gonna find time to rest in between all of that? i think i'm gonna die...there's no rest for the weary, huh? im off to bed, nite all!

pray for me that i find some energy somewhere in my day...

so today was a good day. i got out of work early and ended up coming home for lunch. had lunch with kookee n my lola. dropped kookee off at school. tried to get an oil change, but didnt have the time. went back home. went to my dr's appt. met up with everyone. went to the CBS Studios to see the taping for Less Than Perfect, and found myself a new hottie, and whoa...the taping was a little long, but dude, Zachary Levi is hott! it's great...i'm a happy camper. loved the guy, loved the show, and now i'm totally excited and ready for Friends!!

**by the way...did i tell you all i'm gonna see Friends tomorrow too? gotta love Drew!!!**

so i made new friends in school. haahaa...im quite proud of myself. i havent made friends in school in a while and i enjoyed it this time...we rocked in class tonight. we did pretty good for the midterm tonight, so im pretty hyped about the rest of the module...thank God im doing pretty good in this class. school's definitely something i need to keep me grounded. it's starting to be fun again. it's been a while since i've been excited about class where i wasnt bored. thank goodness...

so...it's been a pretty busy past couple of days...let's re-cap:

Thursday:
Trojan Visit!! Eo and i decided it was some cousin time, so we made dinner plans, and decided to go to USC to visit Monica. It was fun. we headed out a little later than expected and got stuck in a little traffic, but it was all good. we still got there. monica's got a pretty big apartment. it's actually quite surprising. it's nice and cozy. go her. she's really loving the whole college/freedom thing. good for her. she deserves it. so yah, anyways...we took a tour of monica's apt, chilled it while we waited for Geron, then the four of us headed out on an adventure cuz eo was craving some serious CPK. it was cool. we ended up at the 7th Street Mall in Downtown and it was nice. kinda packed, kinda busy, but it was good to just chill and talk to them. it's been a while since we've gotten the opportunity to sit and just enjoy each other's company. so yah. it was nice. Thanks guys!

Friday:
Jay's birthday Bash! it was a pretty long day...i got to sleep in a little cuz we had a LMP Class at work and i didnt start until 9, and that was nice - and we got off early! haahaa...but yah. got off a little early, so i had some time to go home and chill a little bit before Jay and Michelle Yap got to the house for our MAC Outing (we went to get jay a make-over for the night). It was pretty cool. We ended up going to glendale and Jay ended up getting her make-up done at the Stilla counter since there were so many freaking people at MAC! but dude, she looked sooooooooooooooooo good! that girl did her make-up really well. so yah. after our mall outing, we headed back to my house to meet up with Grapes and Teen so we could head out to dinner - Crustacean Restaurant in Beverly Hills - dude, that place is freaking goooooood! the food is hella super expensive, but it was good, and the ambiance was just awesome. it's a beautiful restaurant...we learned, however, that we are old ladies now cuz we had all been planning to hit up a club or a bar after dinner, but we ended up just going home cuz our old asses were too tired. terrible, huh?

Saturday:
A Day of Errands: another long day...ran a bunch of errands with my mom this morning. picked up some stuff for Ric's birthday party. came home and rested a little bit cuz for some reason i felt super tired. then kookee and i headed out to ric's party for a little bit. the food was gooooood! haahaa...chilled it at ric's apt. a little bit, then headed home. chilled it a little more, then went to see Matchstick Man. that movie was pretty cool. good story. really interesting...and now here i am...tired and chillen'. im about to do a couple of stretching exercises, then it's off to bed...thank God i dont have to wake up early tomorrow! i've been dying for a day to really just sleep in!

today was the first day of confirmation - and it was sooooooo good! yah, there was a lot of commotion, and yah the kids were kinda loud, and yah, it was kinda hectic, but i loved it. i loved every minute of it. it's nights like these that make me so proud to be a confirmation leader. i get to see students come and go, and get to see them grow up. it's one of the best feelings seeing how much these kids are loving what they're doing. i love seeing how much God has worked in them and how they're so moved to serve and give. i love seeing the excitement and the energy in their faces - it's contagious! i'm so excited about the next year. it's gonna be great, it's gonna be fun, and it's gonna be filled with good friendships. like i told the new students, i've met some of my best friends at st. dom's, and i'm only hoping that they will too...im quite happy right now...

so tell me...why was my accounting class crazy tonight? im telling you...woodbury is just full of old people. goodness...they just loooooove to ask questions. it's killer. eh...whatever. it's cool, i still got out of class pretty early tonight - i was home by 845. perfect timing for me to watch Everwood. dude...that show is freaking great. it's so heartwarming, yet so full of drama at the same time! i love it! i swear...i was hoping to catch the replay of The OC tonight, but i missed it. oh well...it's cool. i'll just watch the new one tomorrow...shit dude...i was re-reading my entry and i just realized what a geek i am. i'm a total couch potato...terrible. oh well, whatever. it's the best way to save money. stay home and watch tv. perfect, huh?

okay, im excited to be off tomorrow...it's gonna be G-UNIT day! haahaaa...

so im working my way down from a really good buzz tonight...haahaa...today was a good day...

the day started off kinda early with me getting up around 9 and doing some much needed cleaning of my room before getting ready for my day out with Paul. It's been quite some time since the two of us have gotten to spend some time together since he's been so into school lately (which i'm really proud of), so today was nice. It was pretty cool. we ended up having a quick lunch at OK Chinese - yes Kris, we had pepper chicken, then heading out to one of our favorite places to go on our days off...Universal Studios!!! fun in the sun...he really enjoyed the Shrek 4D show, so it was pretty cool. damn dude, we learned though...we can only last at Universal for about 3 hours then we run out of things we really like to do. it's a good time waster though. we're geeks, and i think we're the only people that i know that actually really like to ride the tram, so we never miss it when we come. haahaa...gotta love those season passes!!!

anyways...the original plan had been to just chill at universal then walk on over to Howl at the Moon where Riann was having her bday shindig, but since we got bored of Universal so early we decided to head home to change, then visit our friend Aileen before heading out to dinner - Sushi Mac!!! haahaa...dude, that place is so popular with the eagle rock crowd that i for some reason always see people there i know...today i saw Marvie, Kim, n Adam. cool, huh? i've missed those peeps, so it was nice seeing them plus we had a super good dinner!! yummy...too bad im hungry again now...

sooooo...after dinner paul and i rushed over to Howl at the Moon to get in before 730 (so we could get cheap drinks and no cover), and we barely made it (we speed ate). and dude...i got soooooo buzzed. that place is freaking great. we had the best time...all my friends were fucked up, but having a ball (but we were safe and all got home safely as far as i know)...im amazed at the fun we had...anyways...yah. had a bit of drama in the end - we actually kinda got kicked out of the bar area - but it all ended up being all good...friends are the greatest...

my sister's totally funny. she's been craving spinach artichoke dip for the last couple of weeks, so she was like, c''mon let's go have BJ's happy hour! so we did. haahaa...it was fun. teen n angel met us there and we talked. it was nice. i actually hadnt seen angel in like forever so it was nice to just chill with him for a while. it was cool, so yah...that's it...

i better start getting ready, we're going to the Grove tonight...blah...im tired though...

okay, it is now time for me to share why i am now in love with NYPD Blue and why i just had one of the best/most fun days in a long time...

so it the day all began with me waking up super early for a sunday - a day im off. so i got up around 6am, got ready and waited for mika, jay, n teen to get hear so we could begin our day. they all got here around 730am and off we went. mika, kookee, n i in one car, and teen n jay in another...WE WENT TO CALIFORNIA DISNEY FOR $16...FOR ALL 5 OF US!! i had gotten tickets for us to go see a special taping of The Wayne Brady Show at Disney's California Adventure so who could pass that up?! it was so great!!! we saw the whole cast of NYPD Blue and it totally just reminded all of us of how hot Mark-Paul Gosselaar is...woohoo!!! and i have also found a new love (besides Mark-Paul), Henry Simmons!!! HE IS THE HOTTEST GUY EVER!!! OMG HE WAS RIGHT BEHIND ME!!!! and i took a picture with him, and i fell in love!!!

i love Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Henry Simmons...and that is all i have to say...it was so much fun being a groupie!!!

and a perfect ending...i ended up chillen with tanya, herbie, randy, and patricia. it was nice. im telling you, i love my friends!!!

Oh yah!! and then Kris called me to tell me my favorite filipino man was on tv...GARY VALENCIANO!!! what a way to end a day...i can now go to sleep a happy woman...good night all, i'll definitely be having sweet dreams tonight...woohoo!

so i've actually had a very good weekend so far. very chill. the downfall - i couldnt add my math 3 class. oh well, forget it. i dont care anymore. i dont wanna take a friday/saturday class anyways, right?! oh well...

anyways, so my weekend actually started last night after my class ended. so after class, i headed home and ended up just chillen with the girls. michelle yap came over and we talked awhile while the rest of them had dinner. then after they had dinner, they all ended up coming over to just chill for a while before we decided to head out to BJ's for dessert. so it was nice. it's been a while since we'd all chilled so it was a good thing...other stuff happened after that kinda irritated me, but shoot...i dont wanna get into that right now...let's just say that boys are stupid.

hmmm...today was chill also. went shopping with daddy and Kuki and got my new toy...and then headed to to a night of games at Randy's house. it was cool.

I AM THE ULTIMATE UNO CHAMPION!!!

i've really started finding myself into chill stuff. playing games out the house, having a really good conversation over a few drinks, just chatting the night away, being with good friends. i like that kinda stuff. i've definitely become a more chill person and it's cool. i love my friends and i love hanging out with them...i'm quite content with life right now...

tonight was nice. we had our first confirmation team meeting. i'm kinda getting excited. i missed my friends. it's been quite some time since i've had all of them together and im really happy we got the chance. we're not really gonna have that many more chances cuz Kris is leaving soon...boooo...i think im sad about that! i'm gonna miss my kasama. he's the closest i've ever had to really having a little brother...but...that's enough about that. anyways, back to my story. i'm pretty happy though. my friends are the best. i love them. im just sad that not more of our old leaders are coming back. but then again, i have a really good feeling about the leaders that are there. they totally are a good group. they seem so happy to be there. i'm excited for the year. i'm happy...and i'm looking forward to the new year...

okay, i am now going to officially announce that i'm lame. i spent most of my weekend watching 24. haahaa...drew downloaded the whole second season of 24 and i decided that i was gonna watch the whole season before the 3rd season starts. umm...and to be honest, i dont think i can even recall what i did the rest of the weekend besides watch 24! there's was the dinner with chi and trish on sat, and yesterday...oh! mass with daddy, the mall with kookee, a few eps of 24, then dinner for Me-Anne's bday at Buca! that's what i did! haahaa...to be honest, i didnt really think that it was going to be fun, and i almost flaked, but my friends are the best, and it ended up being pretty fun. i guess i was just a little aprehensive about going out with the guys when it's been so weird between us lately. but it was all good. we had fun. so yah...after dinner, it was back home to...of course! watch more 24!!! yes, yes, i am addicted!!! BUT I HAVE NOW FINISHED THE ENTIRE SECOND SEASON OF 24!!! that show is sooooooo good!!! i'm such a geek...i love that show right now...i'm totally loving it and now im just wondering when the new season's gonna start. woohoo...im such a geek that i went online and started looking for the start dates for all my favorite shows. okay, i admit it. i'm a geek. i need to totally get a life. haahaaa...i cant believe i missed out on a bbq at my sister's pad tonight just cuz i wanted to watch 24...haahaaa...someone save me!!!
