Welcome to Freakyreefs. This site is, or will be someday, devoted to the preservation of coral reefs and responsible growing of your own reef. I have been working on my reef tank for about five years now, after a major setback, due to a broken heater, I lost all livestock in my tank. I am rebuilding and this is what has been achieved so far. I am constantly looking for new corals to trade for, I have been propogating tan leathers, green zooanthids, blue mushroom, ricordia mushrooms and until about 5 months ago aiptasia. Thankfully I have eradicated that problem from my tank with diligance and good husbandry. I live on the eastern plains of Colorado, and as you can guess finding anything to do with reefs out here is next to impossible.
