Backstage: Eric Bischoff talks to RVD while the Hardyz stand there and Jeff tries to get Eric's attention by waving his hands. Eric tells RVD he's gonna get a guaranteed shot at the intercontinental belt at Summerslam! Matt cuts in asks if he could get the shot instead of RVD since RVD did lose the title. Eric tells him it's been gauranteed for RVD. Matt asks if he could get the shot at the gauranteed shot. Eric says "why not give everyone a shot? why not give your brother Jeff a shot?" Matt said he asked first. Eric decides to filp a coin. He really didn't flip it but he says Jeff won then leaves. Jeff tells RVD he'll see him in the ring. Matt asks if that was fair.

Jeff vs. RVD
Winner: RVD; Matt made a run in and put Jeff in a twist of fate, after Jeff missing the swanton bomb on RVD. The referee was knocked out at this point.

Winners: Disqualification for Christian using the belt to hit the Hardyz
