Biography Family Travel Pictures Work

Well when I formed this page I had three things in mind for it. Info on bands I have played for, bands that I know personally or have worked for, or bands that I look up to for inspiration and influence. So I guess I should go with all of them. So hang on there are a few.

My very first band I formed around the 1998 1999 school year called Underhand included some of my freinds from MP John on vocals and bass, and Tim on drums with me on guitar of course. Short lived punk type band one 5 song demo thing that was poorly recorded in Johns garage.

Second band formed right after the disbanding of Underhand. Trigger Happy another short lived punk outfit with three random nerds I met through an ad at New Moon Records in MP. This one lasted only about a week. We had no direction.

2000-2001 there was the very short time I filled in for two bands Somber and Summer Dying. I worked for both bands as far as advertising and booking goes and was asked to play a few shows here and there. Too bad I really never got the chance to join. Somber is no more and Summer Dying is all over the place playing for vast crowds of metal heads.

2002-2003 brought me back to square one. First I had and idea for a WASP cover band called Widowmaker but the idea was scrapped do to the lack of interest in other musicains involved. Then came Revengence. It was at one point to become my main project. One show was played at my high school with a couple buds jammin on some old Metallica. It went over well as far as I'm concerened but it kinda became a one time only thing. Which now brings me to right here right now which is Redline. Taking me back to kinda punk/metal mix this will be my new project I hope to have ready by summer for my buds who ride Freestyle Moto X. This will to be just fun jammin at backyard parties. Hopefully more.

Bands that I've worked for is alot shorter than above. I worked with Summer Dying right before my temporary stint with them, I also worked for Two Stars Burning Sun over the last summer. On top of that while New Moon Records in Mp had concerts I worked most of those moving equipment and helpin with selling t-shirts and cds. I hope to do more work with bands and help out with the local metal scene. SUPPORT LOCAL MUSICIANS

 

 

Bands that I have drawn influence and have looked up to is a very long list so im going to give you one of the top acts. Iced Earth for there strength through music and talent. This band has survived everything a band can, originally from Indiana they are just now finally getting reconized in the U.S after 15 years of struggling. The leader of the band Jon Shaffer is one of the most talent musicains I have ever come to

know. One of the best songwriters drawing from allaspects of human emotion Jon has made Iced Earth a band that can do anything if given the chance. On top of being talented he has the right attitude for everything, in fact just reading interveiws people have done with him he has changed alot of my perspectives on things, hes very positive but he wont put up with any B.S. either. In a word hes a hero of mine. I hope some day that I'm granted the chance to personally thank him for all that hes done for me though his words and music.
