Yay! This is all about me!

She's a mythical Irish
heroine. Not really a deity, but a warrioress, who was reputed to
teach Cu Cullain and other famous warriors. Also known as "The Shadowy
One".

A
Day Which Will Live in Infamy
Dec. 7, 1941
Today, I work as a tour guide at the Battleship Missouri Memorial in Pearl Harbor. Our ship is bow-to-bow with the famous and fateful USS Arizona, which was sunk during the attack, taking down with her 1,177 men, some of them brothers. The Arizona still bleeds her nearly full fuel tanks, trailing a noticeable stream across the surface of the harbor, leading out to sea. The oil hasn't seen the light of day in 60 years. The USS Missouri, on which the Instruments of Surrender were signed on September 2, 1945 in Tokyo Bay, now pays tribute and respect to those fallen sailors. And since I have worked there, I have great respect for all those dead and living who were involved in WWII, especially the Pearl Harbor attack.
Unfortunately, there is another ship that still sits at the bottom of the harbor, but is very obscure. No one really knows about it. The USS Utah, a training ship also sunk during the Pearl Harbor attack, now bears her hull above the surface. It seems so close you could actually touch it. Some 57 sailors were killed on that ship as well. It's small memorial is placed on the opposite side of Pearl Harbor from the Arizona and Missouri memorials. If you decide to visit the Utah memorial, you will need a military ID to gain access.
