This house is intended for the wealthy bachelor. The rooms are large and contain high quality objects. The house wraps around a large pool/patio area. A set of remote speakers will make your parties unforgettable. A private hot tub/love swing area can be accessed from inside or out but remains hidden from view of the pool area. There is an informal eating area in the kitchen which leads to a small herb garden.

Kitchen counters and appliances are not included. Wanna see something funny? The gardener will dive into the pool fully clothed to water the flowers on the little island.:)

The lot features a tall hedgerow for privacy from the street and spacious courtyard full of sculptures to impress your guests. The pool takes up the entire indoor portion of the first floor. Line the edges with barbecues and tables for your guests.

The second floor contains the private living space. Beds for four. Two full baths. Combined kitchen/dining room in the center. Two large balconies and plenty of space for whatever your sim's heart desires. Minimally furnished so you can tell which room is which. Enjoy!!!

The room in the front left corner is the formal dining room. It's sized to hold a 6-tile table with 8 chairs. On the other side of the entry is the formal living room or study. In the back corner is the kitchen which has space for a smaller table/chairs. The tiny room under the stairs is meant to be a half bath. The other small room is the utility room. The room the stairs let into is the game room. The carpeted rooms are the bedrooms with the light blue one being the master bedroom. The tiled rooms are the bathrooms and closets.
