After entering Shizukesa in the teleportation disc, you are given a card by some girl. She pokes you.
"Go see the Queen. That card will get you there. just put it in that slot over there..." She points to another Teleportation disc. "And you can go where ever you want! But, see Dawn first. You don't want to be eaten!" The Girl giggles and flys off, apparently being a Wingly.
You Walk/Float/Fly/ whatever you do over to the Teleportation disc and read the card.
