Otis User Accounts Level Updates

I'll post here to keep you guys updated on developments of my good ol' past accounts with "The Company" and you can feel free to post about your accounts as well. As you can see this one has just went up to Regular User and I was surprised to see such a thing, but when I logged in, low and behold, it was level 30. What are your opinions on how many accounts I have, do you feel I should make more and if I did make more what Otis names would you suggest I use this time? {*_*}

No one cares what User Level you are, User Level Points does not grant you instant awsomeness within the users and mods.

You've already flooded this board with enough names...if you insist in creating another one, it will just be another spawn from hell to ignore.

Setting off automod in the past on messages that did not violate the TOS fell under disruptive and would warrant a banning of the offender(s). Sorry, I just know my TOS very well. {*_*}

No Otis, you've mistaken, the automod was something different. It was when 10 or more people marked a message, it would be deleted instantly. Autoflagged, such as words like "goatse" is what you were thinking about.

Incorrect, you are in fact right about automod being tripped by 10 users marking a message, but automod deleted messages were all reviewed, if the message in question did not violate the TOS, everyone who set it off would be suspended/banned. {*_*} ~The More You Know~

That seems a rather blatant lie. The only way that's even remotely likely would be if they were all from someone with the same IP.

For you see, it's fairly frequently that more than ten users mark a message. Banning users ten at a time for deciding to mark what they felt was a TOS violation and the mod didn't? Well...

The only way to get Banned for marking a message was to make an abusive mark.

Oh, by the way...Otis, why do you need 40 or more accounts? There's really no point unless you feel the need to flood the board...Or take advantage of anything like...Automod?

No not at all. That is how automod worked. 10 users hardly mark a single message at once before deletion, you must keep in mind that automod was set up for if a mod could not get to the violating message in time. Once 5 users mark a message it's pretty much at the top of the queue. They considered the abuse of the auto moderation system a bannable offence that fell under disruptive...feel free to check. {*_*}

you must keep in mind that automod was set up for if a mod could not get to the violating message in time.

in time for what otis? the message isnt goin anywhere! if the user deletes their own message after someone marked it, the mods still see what it was. the message will still get modded.

and dont you remember last year, when you asked for new account names? remeber the responses you got from me, and other people? you should, you marked them!

and level 20 or 30 isnt high... high is 500 or more User Level Points.

hey, ive got an idea! how about you make a topic asking how many people dislike you. see what the people think of you. but votes from anyone under 40 User Level Points can count. neither can any of your own accounts. sorry otis, thats just a bit of a safegaurd against you abusing your many accounts to tip the polls...

Back before The All Mighty Administrator employed more mods for his site he needed this feature so he wouldn't constantly have to be modding messages. The messages wouldn't go anywhere, but he felt they should be deleted as soon as possible...as the site grew and he hired new staff the auto moderation system was unnecessary.

No...that is false. Who ever told you this had no clue what he/she was talking about. Only admins can see messages that have been deleted by the original poster.
