- Psychological Evaluation: Subject seems outwardly calm and in control. Further inspection shows the subject seems prone to fits of barely-restrained violent anger. Attempts to covertly interview the subject resulted in suspicious, paranoid behavior and rude, dismissive comments. Subject seems to hold his own capabilities in high opinion, to the point of arrogance. Hypothesis is that inward insecurities and sense of low self-worth may contribute to this behavior. Also, historically the subject has dealt with loss and separation very badly, leading to many former friends who are now hostile to him. Possible due to loss of father, see 'Miscellaneous', below. Subject seems to be suffering from post-traumatic stress behavior as well, as noted chronic fatigue due to irregular sleep patterns.
- Miscellaneous: Known as 'Leo' to most, Mr. Calus is likely the son of Matthew 'Mike' Calus. His mother, 'Mike' Calus' first wife, Oxana Calus, disappeared when the son was five. Father later remarried starlet Tabby Amran when subject was thirteen. Father committed suicide when subject was fifteen.
Subject fled the country for unknown reasons and spent about ten years travelling along the Pacific Rim. Rumors point to the subject working with various international security agencies, and a photo taken by Australian journalists of mercenaries during the Myanmar civil war of 2010 seems to point to the subject engaged in such activities. It is likely that the subject met his current business partner, Tsukikage Fujiwara, (see file tsuki1393) during this time.
Subject was in the employ of socialite Eliza Andrade (see file eandr2001 until her kidnapping and hospitalization.
- Social Ties: Subject does not seem to have many close friends. Fast friend Rose Takaheda (see file rtakaheda0928) ended badly around the time her current associates began frequenting with her. Reported signifigant other, Rei Sakayuki, (see file rsaka1334) is no longer seen with him, and rumors are that the relationship has been broken off. Only known friend is Athena Thomas (see file athomas2001) and relationship is known to be cool and distant.
