~ Pocket Change ~

Some time back I read an article that made two statements:

1) Most people won't bend over to pick up money lying on the sidewalk unless it's at least a dollar.
2) Most Americans think pennies are a pain in the tushy and the U.S. Mint should stop making them.

Neither of these statements apply to me!

Around the time I read the above I was also told of another article, which I have yet to locate. About a gentleman whom on his spare time or even while out & about began searching for change. His kids were aparently embarassed by the "methods" he chose. At the end of the year when he counted it all up & the total came to around $9,000 I am fairly certain any embarassment those children had disappeared.

Thus began my curiousity . . .

What is the grand plan for the final tally?

I am not quite sure yet.
I do know that 1/10 will go to tithing.
I do know that 1/10 will go into savings.
As for the rest . . . well, I reckon we will have to wait & see what it will be!
