World War II Aircraft Compass

Dear visitor,

I am in possession of the following item which I believe is a compass from a German WWII Stuka Bomber. I am seeking to verify its origin. I would greatly appreciate any information regarding this item so it can be included in a relevant collection.

Item Information:

Approximately 11cm in diameter, 8cm height and 600gr in weight

The information on the compass itself reads:
