This is the faded original copy that Jake Tanner gave me as I left the restaurant. As you can see, all that was filled out in my presence was the left side of the top, the price of the proposed ad, my note, "NOT FINAL CONTRACT", my signature to "hold my spot" and the date I wrote in, which Jake Tanner must have later changed from March 6th (the date we met) to the 16th.
