God help me. I believe in responsible nudism, emphasis on the word "responsible." Any nudist with moral character and personal integrity does. The human body is beautiful and a work of art. But I'm breaking the code of silence.

I went to my first nudist resort in 1980. I saw an ad in a Dallas newspaper. I was very naive back then.

Then I got back involved with nudism more heavily over 2 years ago. Then I started to find out about a lot of things that rather surprised me. I started to find out that nudists were primarily interested in seeing other nude bodies and being seen themselves nude, apart from the "nature" rhetoric. I admit I did not mind seeing nude women or being seen. A man wrote in an online profile: "I never met a body I didn't like, and you'll love mine." "To see and be seen" as a 59 year old nudist woman from Vermont told me, nudist from her teens. I talked to a lot of nudists online and on phone too and discovered all that. A woman named Deb told me, "one of the best parts about the beach, seeing nudity." Now I know that some I talked to may be fake. But I have talked to people who had common experiences with nudism. These were not fakes.

But also people started telling me strange things since I have talked with hundreds of them. Like one nudist man in my area wanted me to sleep with his wife...and his 14 year old daughter. I declined. I thought that was weird. And the nudist mother of a 16 year old daughter told me she wanted me to visit her house and dance with her daughter nude. I declined that too. I also found out weird crap too. Like there are nudist parents who actually want others to see their children nude. It seemed that they got off on that. I thought that was a little perverted. One man said after bought a house with a pool, he and family became nudist. Then he told me he wanted others to see his children nude. Then he told me something else strange. He wanted to have sex with his wife...with the children watching. I told him please do not do that. I talked to a nudist woman in New Jersey who goes to a nude beach there. She told me she took her young daughter to orgies. I chatted with her several times but when she told me about the orgies, I quit talking to her. You may think she is fake but I don't. Many others have told me things. Nudist parents have told me of sexual contact with their own children. A friend who works at a nudist resort told me about a father and young daughter who shared a room there. There were two beds. Housekeeping told her only one bed was used.

But I started to get more revelation because of a woman named Nikki Craft who has a website called the "Nudist/Naturist Hall of Shame." Her site verified things that I suspected. You can find the link on this page. She worked for a naturist organization for five years. She says: "Early in my involvement in the upper echelons of the naturist movement it became apparent I was running into a large number of pedophiles, child molesters, child pornographers and their apologists; disturbingly disproportionate for such a small, fringe group. I had never run into such a consortium of men, in various ways, abusing children; and never have since, either." She document events and people that have escaped the radar screen of public scrutiny. She talks of a former president of the American Sunbathing Association which is now the American Association of Nude Recreation. This president also ran swinger parties. I thought nudism was not a part of swinging. Also recently this guy was caught selling videos of very young nude girls on his website as "entertainment" for like $99.95 each. I was wondering why the high price when regular adult porn was cheaper? It seems that there is a demand for images of young nude girls, and he was filling the demand. But he was discovered and quit doing it. Look at the Fox News O'Reilly link about him. He even admited that he sold those videos for "entertainment." Young nude girls as entertainment? Congressman Mark Foley did a wonderful job in bringing this exploitation in the open.

Nikki also has documented and worked against children being molested and exploited for child porn. A friend in Florida who was nudist 13 years saw the Hall of Shame site and was very angry. She wanted to quit the nudist organization she belonged to immediately. Another friend, nudist for 36 years and who worked with children, said she is reconsidering her association with 2 nudist organizations. Others have had simular reactions. I have been to nudist resorts and to a nude beach. I have read nudist literature and been to nudist websites. I have talked to many nudists in person, on the phone, and online. I have discovered there are illusions and there are realities. I have a question. I been to a family resort where "inappropriate touching" is forbidden. But the same resort has dances, and men rub their penises against the women and the men get erections. That is "appropriate touching"? I have another question. I have seen on a recognized nudist organization website a picture, which I have in a file, of dozens and dozens of people playing "Nude Twister." Nude Twister is touching skin. I thought nudism was not about all that. I thought it was about "being natural." Is that part of nudism too now?

One of those realities are the "Christian Nudists." Very very very very very few are true Christians. I have met them. The rest are church-going swingers in my view and I will explain why. Now I cannot say I'm perfect, but many shamelessly show the MORALS OF SWINE. Many of them are very open sexually, even many being swingers. One of them propositioned me by asking me if I was bisexual. I said no. She said "Pity." Another told me that Christian Nudist women told him they like to have oral sex in groups. I talked to an nudist organization member who swings in his church as well as a swinging Christian Nudist "minister." Are these Christians?

I even discovered that many Christian Nudists of history, such as the "Adamites," have all been sexual libertines. That is documented on the internet and I have the links. One pro-nudist website (Religioustolerance.org) cited them: "Five Christian groups from the 2nd to the 15th century practiced public nudity: the Adamites, Adamianis, Carpocrations, Encratites, and Marcosians." But I dug deeper. Example: "The Adamites were a Christian sect that lasted from the second to sixth century. They worshipped in the nude. The principal tenets of belief were, nudism, TOTAL FREEDOM OF SEXUAL EXPRESSION and common marriage in which mates were shared."

And "Adamites: Refers to various sects that have arisen who believe it is possible to return to the innocent state of Adam and Eve. The Adamites often practiced nudity and FREE LOVE."

And "The Carpocratians called themselves 'Christians' but their beliefs and actions were very heretical and bizarre. For example, they held all wives to be COMMUNAL PROPERTY, so that husbands routinely did the wife-swapping weekends. Their 'love feasts' (named after the Lord's supper!) was an ORGY, in which the lamps were turned over (putting the light out), and the group engaged in SEXUAL INTERCOURSE with whomever they bumped into for the rest of the evening...." Wives communal property? Orgy? Sexual intercourse with whomever they bumped into?

The most famous Christian Nudist essay called "The Bible, Society, and Nudity" says: "The belief that nudity and Christianity could coexist, and that nudity could even be beneficial "was held by at least five groups in the history of Christianity: the Carpocrations, Adamites, Adamianis, Encratites, and Marcosians." Christian Nudists praise this essay publicly. Yet the author of that essay contacted me personally and admitted he did not have all the facts when he discovered I did more research. (By the way, the religious tolerance website said: "Public nude bathing was common on the beaches of the UK by the 1840's." They did not say that was men only.)

Those above groups Christian Nudists use as role models publicly. Christian Nudists either do not know that or they do not admit that. Many Christian Nudists follow their sexual example though. Go to libchrist.com or praisex.com and you will see what I'm talking about. Christian Nudists themselves told me about those sites. These people are WAY more nudist than they are Christian. And NONE OF THEM attempted to preach the Gospel to me. Who loves the Lord Jesus Christ anymore? Who is really on the Lord's side? And I have seen an atheist website mocking Christian Nudists. I wonder why. And a 19-year-old nudist told me: "I kno a few christian nudists and they arent any dif than me, a non believer." I wanted to believe them, but I found too many contradictions.

"I think I'm a well-rounded individual. I don't have hang-ups regarding sex, clothing or personal communication that are so common today. I'm much more relaxed and more in touch with people than most others." Buddy Mesher I wanted to believe them, but I found too many contradictions. A man told me, "Yes there are perverts in it. And there is a Christian Nudist pastor who claims to use nudism to cure people of pornography. I find that interesting because I met a old nudist porn freak at a nudist picnic. And I saw a man at a nude beach who has been going to that beach 13 years. He had a very explicit porn magazine on his red blanket. That is how much I remember. And someone I know personally, a dear and intelligent friend, a nudist for many years, still has problems with porn. And he will admit that publicly. Where is the cure? Years ago I used to think that nudists were not even interested in porn. How naive I was.

A man who was raised nudist told me, "When you get naked guys and girls together, there is going to be some sex." What grown consenting adults do is their own business. I can only say that it is a little dishonest not to admit that nudist resorts are places where nudists do meet others for sex discreetly. A nudist swinger told me that. A women told me she goes to a nudist club in England for sex. Sex does happen there, even if people keep crying "Nudism is not about sex. Nudism is not about sex," ad nauseum. Here is an example in a conversation I had with woman raised nudist:

Me: this is a family resort?
S: yes.
S: but we had swing partys indoors
Me: and open sex happens there
S: no open sex
S: kids are there
Me: ok
Me: you are talking about the place you are going to now?
S: no. but I belong to a cool resort not far from hear
Me: and there are swing parties at your resort too?
S: yes. lots of them
Me: and this is a (name of prominent nudist organization) resort?
S: yes
S: (name of resort)

Me: I have been to a (name of prominent nudist organization) resort but I did not know of swingers parties there
S: its not open to sex but almost everyone swings
Me: almost everyone?
S: yes

(By the way, she does not like to swing with single men or Blacks. Both are big turnoffs for her. I thought nudists accepted every body of every color... body acceptance they call it.)

She said that at least 80% of the nudists at resorts, even family resorts, swing sexually. A good friend of mine read that:
A: I'm thinking of contacting (the prominent nudist organization) and telling them that their members swing and that this should be something the rest of us should be told. You know something? My brother is a psychologist ... he says if the kids know the parents swing, the kids will NEVER trust people when they grow up ... girls will never trust men and boys will never trust women. He has a lot of children of swingers as patients .... these children are grown now and they cannot form relationships even if the parents do it surreptitiously, the kids just KNOW...... they KNOW." Here is another conversation I had with a nudist man:

Nikki Craft wrote to Walt Zadanoff (the same man who sold the nude children videos to adults for entertainment), former president of the American Sunbathing Association:
"My question to you is this: Why would I bother writing any email to you about your endorsement of a nudist camp when I have in my possession, and have had for many, many years, the photographs that were taken of you at your old Southern California nudist swing parties, part of which have been published in pornography swing magazines, which I will eventually probably get around to publishing on this very website (pant. pant. ;-)?" And she writes:
"Note that Zadanoff has been informed, over a year ago, that his site contained a false accusation against me. He has neither changed that information or printed my above response. Zadanoff wrote to inform me that Cheri magazine is not a swinger magazine, but a men's magazine. I know well what Cheri magazine is. It's a swinger men's magazine and his nudist group was a well-known swinger group." Cheri is a very explicit porn magazine that makes Playboy look like something you can bring to a Sunday School picnic. Why would a leader of a prominent nudist organization in the United States be involved with swinging and allow himself to be in a porn magazine? What a role model for nudism.

It is Nikki Craft's expert opinion, since she helped to promote nudism/naturism for 5 years, that at least 50% of the revenue from nudist resorts come from swingers. I have to trust her on that because she helped to promote nudism/naturism for 5 years professionally. The cat is already out of the bag. Many have told me it happens. Even a book about sex I saw in a bookstore mentioned sexual activity at nudist resorts, so the public is aware now. One went to a family club in Kent, England. He said "they fuk like rabbits." Others confirmed that to me too. I wonder what kind of example these swinging nudist parents are giving to their children. Are they teaching the children sex with others is "natural"? I talked to a nudist woman, 35 years old. She became nudist at age 12 or 13 when mother and stepdad (how I love nudist stepdads)took her to a resort..

And this is what an 18 year old nudist woman told me:
K: my dads seen us shower and stuff and nude all over the place but not secret things K: some OTHER dads have fooled aorund , Ive experienced that Me: I know about dads that fool around K: see? its so common. its why I never told on them. I just went along

A nudist man told me about a beach he visits: "Yeah there is alot of sex going on at san ofere" which is a nude beach in southern California. He also said "somtimes(children)stay at north end you see sex in the south end." I have witnessed gay sex at another nude beach in California. I was just leaving the beach. I suppose it's only natural.

A first-time visitor at a western U.S. nudist resort said: "a few came over and stood in front of me (their naked vulvas inches from my face) with their hips protruding!! I was shocked. Most were older ladies too. A woman in her late 60's, shaved, who was trying to squat over my lap."

I'm not concerned about the adults. I'm concerned about the exploitation and sexualization of children. Look at the link on Dick Drost and you will see what I mean. Everyone who deals with child porn and exploitation of children should be prosecuted. They are destroying innocent lives. And I resent that many nudists are hiding these facts from the public. I even resent there is no website called "Nudists Against Child Abuse." Why don't they protest child abuse? Why don't they protest child porn? Why don't they protest pornography period since that is their enemy, equating nudity with sex? Where are their loud voices? They only protest when people are against their nudism. Then we hear from them. Funny, I was at a resort in NY where a couple of nudist parents kept their little girl dressed. I wonder why....

Another nudist man told me: "Yup, in the resturant at the resort, got so my wife and I didn't go there any longer because of all the loud, crude discussions about their sexual encounters, not good to eat a meal to." By the way, a man who was raised nudist named Justin called me on the phone. We talked about different things for over an hour (he likes to show his body on the beach, by the way). He told me he knew a psychiatrist. He said many nudists are going for psychiatric help because of sexual issues related to their nudism. That blew me away. I have a friend who is a nudist client of a psychological counselor. He told me that she told him that she had other nudist clients in the past, and the nudist clients had more sexual problems than her non-nudist clients.
B: sex problems are higher with nudist
If there is an effect, there must be a cause.

Are self-centered nudists willing to sacrifice a few children to continue their lifestyles? Look at the link "My Daughter Does Not Smile Anymore" for the full story. This nudist mother says: "(T)here have been some very hurtful attempts by several nudists to wreck the credibility of our family so my daughter's testimony will be discredited...There were horrible rumors, hurtful letters, and lies told about us. We were rejected and snubbed because we -- not Tim -- caused the club trouble by bringing this out in the open. And I still cannot believe that my daughter -- and not Tim -- was turned by some into the criminal...I feel betrayed that other nudists have been uncaring about what happened to our nudist family...My daughter doesn't smile anymore, not like she used to." Funny, I told a nudist man in England about what happened there. He did not blame the molester. He blamed the mother. He also said if he was a friend of the family, he would have avoided them too just like the other "friends." Some friends, huh? Are these "real and caring human beings"?

I have also discovered other hypocrisy with nudists as far as "body acceptance" is concerned. Some do not accept non-whites or people who are not slim. I have a friend in England who was a member of the British Naturists. He wanted to join a club. The club rejected him because he was fat. He did not bother to renew his British Naturists membership. I wonder why. Check out the link on discrimination.

I have to say there are many nudists with moral courage who are not willing to stick their heads in the sand. They are very shocked and outraged. I'm grateful for their concern and support.

Nudism is a $400,000,000 a year industry in the United States. That is quite a cash flow. There is no use for them to put a spin on everything I told you because there is too much documentation to refute it. A nudist friend in Australia told me that the naturists in England are already under investigation. I wonder when that will happen with a full scale investigation in the United States. As I see it nudist organizations have two choices. One to publicly come clean on everything that has been going on now, to "fess up," then the public will respect them more for their courage. They might as well because the "cat is out of the bag" and a lot of people know. And they are asking questions. Or two, get exposed big time by the media and their credibility will drop to minus 1000. And the public always will despise them and never trust nudist organizations anymore. The Roman Catholic Church has come clean on 50 years of child abuse by its own priests. Let the nudists organizations also come clean in the same way. The proof of abuse already exists. Resistance is futile.

Why are nudist organizations exploiting simultaneously innocence and sexuality of children and women as a lure? I have an official nudist publication with a photo of a lot of people in a pool, but it also had 3 photos of women, 3 photos of children, and 1 photo of a man. Just one photo of a man?

I asked one nudist man why should nudist organizations and resorts lie? He said that I should not worry about all this and all humans lie. Where are people of integrity? I asked another nudist man, "Do you want to be comfortable or do you want to be right?" He answered, "I don't know." His answer shows lack of moral courage. If no other nudists protest, we who have moral courage will. And if I'm forced to talk to the media, then I will have a lot more to say.

By the way, if any media people are reading this, do not ask nudists "Is nudism sexual?" Ask them, "Can nudism be erotic?" That is a more appropriate question.

From a Nudist Teen: "My name is John I am 14 and I have a girl friend named Sarah that is 15 (Those are not our real names). Threw her parents and family I became a nudist with them. Cynic warned me about the dangers of some resorts and the perverts. I did not believe him at first. My first time camping at a resort in Fla. turned out horrible. I caught Sarah having sex with a boy I had just met that day, that turned out to be an old BF of hers. Before that weekend was over we had sex several times in a tent with him and his sister, they were 15 and 14 and we also met a girl who said she was 14 but turned out only 12. We spent the night in the tent together. By the time the weekend was over I had sex with all of them and even watched him do his own sister. What I did not know at the time was Sarah had set this up to get me into sex with other kids, and even some BI stuff. I soon learned that her parents are called swingers and she had been allowed to have sex since she was 12 with any boys she met. My mom gave permission for me to go there because she trusted the parents and read the web page on the place I went to. They made it sound safe for kids. I have had many problems since that day and been involved in open sex with other nudist teens. Please read this mans web site. I am now under the care of a counselor because of this kind of sex and a recent rape of both me and Sarah. There is sex at these resorts between teens. So please if your a parent and take your kids watch out for them. Some of these nudist are not nice people, most are. We are still nudist but a lot more careful now."

ADDENDUM FROM A FRIEND

"My brother is a psychologist (PhD) who treats an awful lot of 'swingers' .... and he told me that 90% of them have rotten marriages (mostly sexual problems) and are mismatched in many other areas ......... and they don't know how to get out of these marriages. Children are involved in the marriages, so they feel guilty about terminating the marriage. So, what do they do? They try to "spice up" the marriage with this totally horrendous, sordid and repulsive activity ..... They attend parties where they have sex with strangers ....

"Here is what happens when the parents "swing": The kids pick up on it right away even if the parents try to keep it from them or don't do it in the house. Kids are smart and the can sense the discord in the family .... then they can pick up on what the parents are doing ... they start to act differently. Kids pick if up by osmosis.

"What happens to the kids because of this is horrendous. Children view parents as gods ..... as examples ....In this type of family....the swinging impacts the kids more than the parents.

"Girls will never trust a man ..... and when they reach adulthood, they will have trouble selecting a lifelong partner.... they go from man to man .... they have problems picking a male initially and many just become very promiscuous .. which can mean a death sentence in this sexual climate. Just about every girl interviewed who works in the Nevada "legal" brothels, came from a home where the parents cheated .... many of these girls go into prostitution .........

"Boys will never trust women ..... they tend to end up with women who are losers ... They go from woman to woman ..... their marriages usually fail and they leave a bevy of children behind them.
