In our research, we've come across many photos we feel contain Spade family members, but we cannot identify all the people who are in the photos. We need your help.

There is a Kodak web site where we have uploaded these "unknown" photos. We would appreciate it if you would visit that site and add the names in the "Add a Comment" area under the photos if you can identify them or add whatever you do know about the photo, date, location, etc.

• Under the area on the right side that reads:

  For Password, type: Due to strangers abusing this site and adding "undesireable" photos, you have to get the password from Sylvia at txauthor@yahoo.com--just email me and I'll give you the password! (NOTE: If you want to include your own Spade ancestor or descendant photos in this gallery, we welcome that. But please identify each person in your photos and keep the use of this Kodak Gallery photo album for genealogy use. If you want your own personal use album for other groups or other purposes, just go to kodakgallery.com, enter your own email address, and set up your own free album.)

• Once you're in the Kodak Gallery, notice there are two categories of albums: My Albums and My Friends Albums. Below the albums pictured here, click on the yellow "View All Albums" button. Then you can click on the album you want to view

• On the right side of the screen, click on the yellow "Slideshow" button

• When the Slideshow appears on your screen, click on "Play" if you want ot view the photos as a slideshow, or press the other button to view the photos one-at-a-time. If you'll scroll the page down a bit, you'll be able to see the photo captions beneath the photos. This is where you can add a comment about the photo if you like. If you can identify any unknown people, where or when the photo was taken, or anything else, please type your comments and your email address (so we know the source of the ID)

• On the right-hand side of the screen, click on "Return to Albums"

• Kodakgallery is FREE, so if you want to add your own Spade photograph album here, you can. On this account, we want to keep the photo owners separate, so please follow the directions to create your own Spade known or "unknown" photo album and load them into this Kodakgallery account (spadefamily2004) and under this password (bicycle). Just follow their directions to "Create an Album" on their home page.

• Please do not delete any of these photos, but if you do, please just send me an email at txauthor@yahoo.com and I'll try to upload it again. it is not easy to "accidentally" delete them, so don't worry.
