Welcome to our Clark Family in America web page honoring our (deceased) descendants and the spouses of Clark descendants of Samuel & Elizabeth Clark of Ireland then Providence Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania who served the United States in our armed forces. Clark family descendants have honorably and courageously served in the military from the Civil War to the present.

This family will NEVER FORGET the sacrifices and patriotism demonstrated by our sons and daughters--either active, guard or reserves--and their immediate families. Spade, Harry William
(1936 - 1994)

Harry served our country in the United States Marine Corps. One of his assignments was serving in the Honor Guard for President Dwight David 'Ike' Eisenhower. He also became the President's cook at Camp David. Harry was the son of Earl Stanley & Ina Daisy (Clark) Spade and a 5th great-grandson of Samuel & Elizabeth Clark.
