OK, I guess I need a caption explaining Van Muck. Here goes….

A youth misspent in the California sunshine has led to a number of unpleasant things sprouting on my head. After a minor surgery, the Doc applied this dressing to keep my ear from bleeding everywhere. All is healed now, but I have this strange urge to learn how to play the piccolo……
