Here are my Hawaii lots located in the Tiki Gardens
subdivision that are for sale.
These are photos & maps of the lots I have for sale.
They are located on the Big Island of Hawaii, about 20 minutes south of
Hilo.
They are in the Tiki Gardens subdivision between Keaau and Pahoa
just off Hwy. 130 on the way to Pahoa. The lots are level and
located on a paved road. Utilities are located along the front of
the lots. The lots are side by side; 60' x 135'
- 8,100 sq. ft. each, with a combined 240 ft. along
the street There are two houses down the street.
The first block of 4 photos shows the entrance toAinaloa and Tiki
Gardens subdivisions, and the local park and community center.
The second block of 4 photos shows the frontage of the lots with the
power pole located in front. This is a paved street, and the
streets to the lot are paved. The
properties are about 10 minutes from the ocean, fishing, swimming,
surfing, hiking.
The lowest photo on the lower left shows the Tiki Gardens subdivision
with the lots marked by X's. The far lower right photo shows the
main road comingfrom Hilo toward the lots on the way to Pahoa.
