Edward Dewey Osborne, the son of Sampson Elijah Elcaney Osborne and Mahaley Virginia Caroline Puckett, was born June 18, 1918 in Council, Buchanan County, Virginia. He married Dorothy Arbutus Stevens July 26, 1946 in Cleveland, Russell County, Virginia, daughter of Robert Lee Stevens and Annie Rasnake. Edd was a coal miner, he died June 20, 1982 in Lebanon, Russell County, Virginia. Their children are as follows: |
