BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Michelle Joy Wecksler, Esq. is President and founder of ADR Group International, LLC, a pioneer in the field of dispute resolution, conflict management and change management services in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Wecksler previously served as the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Group Leader in the Legal Management Services group for Ernst & Young. While in this position, Ms. Wecksler specialized in working with individuals and organizations in designing and implementing strategic legal management initiatives, with a special focus on conflict management. In addition, Ms. Wecksler was involved in conflict management training programs for numerous companies including: Johnson & Johnson, Prudential, PaineWebber, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and General Electric. She also assisted the majority of these companies in the design and implementation of employment dispute resolution programs in an effort to create forums where companies and their employees could communicate and resolve the issues dividing them.
