Contact our office by telephone, fax or email. Our ADR Coordinator is Charlene Jennsion. Please provide Charlene with the following basic information:
The type of dispute;
Type of ADR sought (i.e., arbitration, mediation, early case evaluation, etc.);
Names of parties involved and their attorney's, if applicable, along with contact information;
Requested target dates;
Is a court case pending, and, if so, the court and civil action file number;
Any additional information you may feel is relevant or important to the issue of SAMS' potential role in resolution of the dispute.
