Paul Oliver is a principal in the law firm of Wimberly, Lawson, Steckel, Nelson & Schneider, P.C. He received his B.A. in 1971 from Yale University and his J.D. in 1974 from Harvard University. He concentrates his practice in the areas of management employment law and litigation, with a long track record of jury trial victories in both state and federal courts. Mr. Oliver is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, and the Gate City Bar Association. He is an experienced Certified Mediator and a Mediation Panel Member of Resolute Systems, Inc. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgia State University; Master of the Bench, Bleckley American Inn of Court; and serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Defender Program, Inc.
