  I have found out that John Cook and Thomas Cook (siblings of Charles and William Cook) also came out to Australia

  I believe  William and John came on the ship Calphurnia 1849 to South Australia.

   Charles and Thomas came on the Pestonjee Bomanjee 1854

   William Cook and Elizabeth Cook arrived by the Sir John Lawrence in SA 1863

    William and Elizabeth COOK both resided at Manoora at the time of their deaths.

           William COOK of Manoora d.16.4.1875 aged 80y in Adelaide
           District Code: Ade; Book: 65/Page: 307


          Elizabeth COOK of Manoora d.14.8.1877 aged 81y
          District Code: Cla; Book: 82/Page: 206

William Cook 1st married Elizabeth Parker 

They had two sons William Cook 2nd and Charles Cook. (Update info above) 


 

  1. William Cook 2nd born 1829  Berkshire? England married Louisa Richardson (Nee Wood)  St Mark's Church Penwortham SA 1856. Second marriage to Maria Kemp 1861 SA.

PARKER FAMILY    A brief history

Samuel Parker married Joanna Rogers at High Ham Somerset Parish 10th January 1803

Their son William (born 2/10/1802)

William  Parker and Ann Hill  and their children left England 1852 for Australia aboard Macedon. Mary Ann had already left for Australia in 1851.

Mary Ann born 1829  Married Joseph Loader Died 1918

Robert Parker born 1831 married Catherine Robertson 1858  Died 1917

  Levi Parker born 1834 married Margaret Robertson 1858 Died 1912

(My personal records have no details of Margaret Robertson. She is not listed as arriving on the the Shackamaxon1853 with the Robertson family. I will try to find out when she arrived)

 Fanny born 1836 married Robert Hardinge Died 1902

(Fanny is listed as a witness on a few certificates)

Samuel born 1839 Married Mary Ellen McAlevey Died 1895

Robertson family 

William Wallace Robertson married Isabella McLeish on 16/9/1827 Midlothian, Scotland.

They arrived aboard Shackamaxon 1853 with two daughters Catherine and Isabella 2nd (On my official documents Margaret Robertson is not on the list)

Isabella 1st died 1859 Mintaro South Australia

William Wallace Robertson died 4th September 1874  buried in the Woomargama cemetery

 

The Cook, Robertson and Parker families were all at one stage in Manoora (Auburn area) of South Australia and then Charles Cook, Levi and Robert Parker and William Wallace Robertson went to Woomargama NSW.
